    • Linger Longer: Stick around tomorrow after church, we’re hanging out and having a linger longer!
    • Neighborhood Party: We have a neighborhood tailgate party next Saturday, September 6th at 5:00 p.m. at the Riverview Park pavilion. See the attached flier for more details.
    • National Day of Service: Mark the date! The National Day of Service will be on September 13th from 8:30 – 11 am at the Stake Center (619 W 5720 S).
    • Stake Young Women’s Conference: “The Royal Within” has a new date and will be held on Saturday, September 20th from 10:00–12:00p at The Greenoaks Castle (932 W. Greenoaks Dr.). Royal attire encouraged (not required) and light brunch served. See the attached flier for more details.

    • Stake Young Women’s Conference: “The Royal Within”, will be held on Saturday, September 6th from 10:00–12:00p at The Greenoaks Castle (932 W. Greenoaks Dr.). Royal attire encouraged (not required) and light brunch served. See the attached for more details.
    • Murray Parkway Stake Blood Drive: Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 5555 South 700 West. You can sign up for an appointment here.
    • Linger Longer: for the fifth Sunday on August 31, we’ll be having a linger longer after the meeting block.

    • Darrell Jones Funeral: Thank you to all those who volunteered and helped with Darrell Jones’ funeral. It was an amazing service to match an amazing man!
    • Murray Parkway Stake Blood Drive: Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 5555 South 700 West. You can sign up for an appointment here.

    • Darrell Jones Funeral: We’re saddened by the passing of our dear friend, Darrell. His funeral will be held on Saturday, 8/16 at 11:00 am at our building. Darrell’s viewing will Friday 8/15 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 – 10:45 am.
    • Sunday School: Teacher council meeting for parents will be happening in the second overflow
    • Stake Choir Practice: practice starts tomorrow, Aug. 10th at 3pm at the stake center.
    • General Priesthood Meeting: The General Priesthood Meeting will be held on Saturday, August 10th from 2:00–3:00 PM at the Stake Center. This meeting is for all Aaronic and Melchizedek Priesthood holders.
    • Ward Assignments: We have two upcoming ward service opportunities and need three volunteers for each assignment. If you’re interested in helping, please contact a member of the Elders Quorum presidency.
      • Taylorsville Temple Grounds – Monday, August 12th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
      • Desert Soap – Wednesday, September 11th, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
